Terms and Conditions
*Orders are not based on a 'first come first serve' basis, as I need to know what exactly a client is looking for in the commission. As my skill set is still improving, I may not be the right artist for your commission, please understand.*Logos made for the client are only made for the client in question. Do not sell the logo to another without asking for permission from the artist.*When commissioning, you must speak with the artist by Discord or Twitter for communication purposes.*When the commission has been accepted, you will be contacted by the artist to begin the consulting phase to understand what you are looking for in the design. Please have reference pictures and colors if you would like something specific, and provide a character sheet for Vtuber logos for more detail.*When the design phase has been completed and it has been accepted, the commission will begin. In the case of a refund, you must request one as early as possible. Once the composite draft of the logo has been shown and approved, refunds will no longer be accepted.*Commissions are to be made for personal use only. Any intentions to use the logo for commercial purposes need to be discussed with artist, and will incur an extra commercial rights fee of 200% (double the logo price).*As I'm busy with streaming in my free time, and with my job that I do from home, please know that I will not be able to give updates every day. Do not harass the artist asking for updates.*The order will be completed up to a month from the order date, however this does not mean it will take that long to complete. If there are any issues that arise that may take the commission longer, I will let you know.*Credit the artist when using the logo in any applicable areas used (social media, Twitch, Youtube, etc.)*Once an order has been made, there is a window of space to change your order to a higher tier logo. Please let the artist know ahead of time, as this will also incur a fee depending where in the process I am.*All payments will be made through my Ko-Fi. When making the payment, please state in an additional message that it is for a logo commission with the Vtuber name in question so I have it for my notes.*When agreeing to take a commission, you give me permission to allow potential streaming of your logo process on my Twitch channel.*If you agree to all the terms and conditions, please use Discord to contact me for information and questions regarding commissions. *one choice of accessory or asset to be added to logo for flare (i.e.: Flames, Sparkles, an item representing your characters or streaming identity)
*One revision will be allowed for the logo design. This includes major things such as changing an asset, or changing the desired font for a different feel. Any extra revisions requested after the agreed draft phase will incur an extra fee of $5 each.

*Up to 3 choices accessories or assets to be added to logo for flare (i.e.: Flames, Sparkles, an item representing your characters or streaming identity). Any extra will cost an extra $3 each.
*Up to 3 revisions will be allowed for the logo design. This includes major things such as changing an asset, or changing the desired font for a different feel. Any revisions requested after the agreed draft phase (such as complete composition change) will incur an extra fee of $5 each.
